Products must be returned to us within ---- days from the date of delivery.
The product must be returned with all tags attached, in its original condition, along with all packaging material, courier receipt, invoice & any other documents.
We only accept returns if your order arrives damaged or defective. Please check your tattoo kit as soon as itโs delivered. If thereโs any issue, you must raise a return request within 10 days of receiving your order.
Once we receive the product back, our team will inspect it and confirm the return within 2 business days.

Partial COD Orders
For Partial COD orders, the โน150 advance is non-refundable. If the order is refused at delivery, it will be considered cancelled and the advance will not be refunded.

Domestic Orders (within India):
Standard delivery: 5โ7 business days
Delays: Delivery times may be affected by inaccurate addresses, unserviceable pin codes, adverse weather, natural calamities, festivals, political issues, or curfews. In such cases, delivery may take 7โ14 business days.
Order Cancellation or Rejection
If an order is canceled after dispatch or refused at delivery, shipping charges will apply.
For Partial COD orders, the advance payment is non-refundable. If the order is refused at delivery, the order will be cancelled and the advance will not be refunded.
Delivery
Orders may require a signature upon delivery. If youโre unavailable, please arrange for a family member, neighbor, or colleague to receive the package. TattMeDaddy is not responsible for packages signed by someone else at your address.
Shipping-Related Issues
Any shipping issue must be reported before the product leaves our warehouse. Post-delivery concerns (including missing/damaged items) must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the delivery notification or the product itself. To claim physical damage or missing items, customers must provide a valid unboxing video proof recorded before breaking the courier seal.

TattMeDaddy ships its products to almost all parts of India. Orders placed will be shipped within 24 hours (business days only). We ship on all days except Sundays and National Holidays. For areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time will be 5โ7 business days of shipping. For other areas, delivery may take 1โ2 weeks depending on location.
Sometimes, unexpected delays may occur due to logistics challenges beyond our control. TattMeDaddy is not liable for such delays but will work to resolve them quickly. TattMeDaddy reserves the right to cancel your order in cases where delivery takes longer than usual or the shipment is untraceable. In such cases, the full amount will be refunded to your source account.

Once an order has been placed on TattMeDaddy, it can only be cancelled within 2 hours of placing the order. Please review your cart, shipping details, and payment method carefully before confirming your order. After 2 hours, cancellations will not be accepted. However, if the product arrives damaged or defective, you may raise a return request as per our Return Policy.
